Considering Drake is the only team in the last 25 years to go 0-18 (1997-1998 season I believe), I doubt that it has happened for both the men and women, as going 0-18 just does not happen.

In the 117 year history of the MVC there have been 19 winless in conference play seasons

10 belong to Drake

Drake 1907-1908
Missouri 1907-1908 - N/S split and Drake and Missouri didn't play
Drake 1909-1910
Drake 1910-1911
Drake 1911-1912
Drake 1912-1913
Drake 1913-1914
Drake 1916-1917
Drake 1917-1918
Grinnell 1928-1929
Tulsa 1942-1943
Tulsa 1948-1949
North Texas 1965-1966
Memphis 1968-1969
SIU 1980-1981
INSU 1988-1989
Drake 1996-1997
Drake 1997-1998

There have been 3 winless seasons for the women's which stated in 82/83
Bradley 1998-1999
SIU 2010-2011
Evansville 2017-2018

Should UE pull the feat off this year it will be the first time in history we've had 2 winless teams in one season, which of course means it's the first time it was the same school to have both.

They wouldn't be the first to have the men's and women's teams to have winless seasons though - SIU has accomplished that.

The level of uncharted/historic/never to be repeated/whatever you want to call it is unfathomable to be honest.

In spite of the winless MVC season, the Aces are still drawing more fans than every team in the conference except Bradley. Something is wrong with this picture.

Loyola only seats 4,486 compared to Evansville 8,930, so it's expected. It's a similar comparison with Valpo too, I can't explain the other schools in the Valley though.

I don't think seating capacity is that big a factor on attendance unless some team is averaging way above another teams total capacity or if the average is raised by a couple sellouts. Loyola should be at or near capacity every game. UNI should be averaging over 6000. I'm not sure anybody else has the resume to create much fan interest at this point. Evansville really had a chance to build some support until their coach screwed that up.

I've watched your home games

What's wrong is how your your admin is reporting attendance.

This.

Attendance numbers are never perfect but those are laughable.

You'll have a couple opportunities for wins when Indiana State and Illinois State come to town. The Redbirds surprisingly had a really good game at home against the Trees and play abysmal on the road.

All the conference teams are using tickets sold from what I understand. To say the Ford Center is about 40% full isn't too far off the mark. The lower bowl full is 6K, and the end zones are the last tickets sold.

The only thing laughable is how they, along with most of the league continue to outdraw the first place team.
