Here we go! The final is here! This should be a terrific game!
Bradley: Driven Focused Experienced Talented Deep Complete
You want shooters? They've got them. Quick guards? Got them too. Size that can control the paint and clean the glass? Check. Championship experience and pedigree? Check again. Well coached? Yep. Star power that can take over a game? Roger on that too.
Valpo: Young tough gritty Hard nosed and full of heart.
Core of talented players? You bet. Improving and ascending in all facets with every game? Absolutely. All world star to lead the team? Definitely. Really solid supporting cast around that star? Totally. Ability to step up when needed all throughout the roster? Yes. Championship heart and a fighting spirit that doesn't quit? Oh yeah.
Do both of these teams deserve to be here? 1000%. And this will be a great final!
I look for Valpo to try to keep everyone fresh by mixing up their lineup whenever they can. They will need big games from Krikke and McMillan to counteract Bradley's size. Their ability to stretch Bradley out and open up driving lanes for JFL and Sackey will be key and will allow him to create for their shooters. They will need to generate turnovers and get some easy opportunities as well which is not easy against Bradley.
Bradley is battle tested and experienced. They will look to ride that as a key factor today. Brown and Childs always seem to make the big plays when they have to. Kennell and Tavanainen are dead eye shooters who will provide good supplemental scoring. If their seven footers can control the paint and limit driving lanes for Valpo's guards it will go a long way toward ensuring their success today.
This is going to be awesome and I look forward to a great game! No matter what happens I'm proud of my team and believe that the Valley will be represented very well in the Dance! Let's get it on!
