Its only one conference game, but I'm buying stock in Drake - they are legit.

10 games, 10 double digit victories.

Bulldogs came out strong to start the game, then played real poorly for the last 12-13 minutes of the first half. Imposed their will in the second half

Starters got plenty of rest; which can be big in these back-to-back games.

What's up with Key this year? His number seem down.

Key was pretty much invisible out there. I'm definitely hoping he doesn't wake up tomorrow.

I'd guess the players have checked out on Lansing, this is his last year more than likely, so they're probably just going thru the motions. But it's anyone's guess really. When you get destroyed at home in the MVC opener that says a lot.

SIU led the whole way but it was a really ugly game. Evansville plays tough and shoots/hits a lot of 3's.

A little of both. But we[MSU] are a very different team than what we've been for quite a while. Better chemistry and lots of weapons. First half UNI couldn't handle Prim and Mosley sat with 2 fouls[ something we can do with our depth now]; 2nd half UNI adjusted to prim and Mosley went for 22 points. for the game Mosley was 12/15 from the field , had 26 pts 5rbs, 4 assists. Prim finished with a double/double with 16 pts, 10 rbs, and 6 blks. Such a typical called game at UNI, despite taking the ball consistently inside we shoot a total of 2 foul shots, UNI 16.

But tomorrow will be tough; Jake is great at making adjustments and we are still a team with 8 newcomers and limited D-1 experienced players.

Mosely is a game changer at the 2/3 position the Bears haven't had in a LONG time (maybe never in the Valley). Prim is so skilled and strong he demands doubles and triples. Strong supporting cast of Ridder. Black, and that Patterson does a lot of things.
UNI looked lost but maybe it's just rust.
