Fun article on the Blers and how Moser has built his program through culture. They may not have had the most talent but they are a true testament to what can happen when players buy-in.
Over at Illinois State, Muller has been talking for nearly a decade that their culture needs to be rooted in defensive intensity. In 2016-17 that happened. Really hasn't outside of that. All to say is talking about culture is one thing, but actions speak louder than words.
I am a huge Porter Moser fan. Former Redbird coach, who I always had great experiences with. I went to at least three of his camps and he taught me how to shoot a J. Always thrilled when he has success and he has built a program at Loyola that all mid-majors should aspire to.
