If they move it to a campus then they should move in to MSU since they are allowing up to 35% capacity.

We do have the "Q" and Hammons Student Center (used for volleyball now).

The conference office is pretty loyal to St. Louis and the St. Louis area. My guess is they would try for facilities in St. Louis, namely Saint Louis, Washington University St. Louis, and Missouri - Saint Louis first.

That's the number as of now for hockey. Since basketball adds a few more seats, that number could change slightly, and they may alter the numbers allowed in going forward. Associate Commish was on the radio show Valley on the Big 550 out of St. Louis, and they said they will have a more firm number in the next week or so. I am guessing that they will allow some more in. The other announcement that he made is that each game will be its own session, and they will clear the arena after every game and space the games out an extra hour to clean and sanitize. So this would mean that you would have a better chance to see your team if you should choose to attend.

In compliance with St. Louis Board of Health Department guidelines, this year’s event will feature reduced seating capacity with only 1,400 socially distanced seats available in the lower bowl at Enterprise Center.

Why aren't they opening up the upper bowl too? Might be able to add a few more hundred people in there.

This has been my question amongst not just Arch Madness but several other sporting events where I've noticed/thought the same thing. I asked someone I know and finally got an answer: It has to do with social distancing the entrances. They use all the entrances and people are told enter here. The more people they have coming into an entrance the more difficult it is to maintain that distance, even if they'll be sitting apart.

Yeah, I saw that after I posted my comment. Wishful thinking on my part I guess.
