Evansvilles offense was pathetic against a very athletic and fast Cincinnati team.
We dont have the speed to have 3 players standing on the perimeter watching 2
guards dribble the ball for 20 seconds.

Lmao.

Gonna go out on a limb and say that Drake and Loyola would both win at SDSU and hopefully so would UNI once AJ green starts shooting better than 5% from the field again. Missouri St who knows? They have the talent to run a lot of teams out of the gym but Dana Ford is an enigma.

The pearl clutching over one set of games is kind of ridiculous.

For me, Indiana State and Illinois State winning are a bigger deal than any loss other than MSU. If we can get everybody in the Top 160, it means every league game stays out of Q4.

The only team that truly hurt themselves was Missouri State and I'm not sure that the schedule was good enough to get an at large anyway.

UNI still has up to 8 chances at Q 1/2 wins left in the non-con. Arkansas, St Bonaventure, Richmond, Marshall, Liberty for sure. Depending on how the MTE turns out you can add Stanford and BYU or Vanderbilt. There's also a chance that Vermont could get to Q2 though it being a home game makes it a bigger challenge

Panthers are getting embarrassed by Vermont without their best player

UNI now 0-5 in last 5 games AJ Green has started . I don't know, but they look decent when they play thru Phyfe; went totally away from that in second half. I know they can get really hot from the trey at times, but seems to me vintage UNI is built around a strong inside game.

Agreed. UNI looks awful on offense right now. Phyfe should be their focal point--everything should revolve around him. He only shot fours times today (4-4)...that needs to be more.

UNI is looking at a 1-4 start as I don't see how they win on the road against top 25 Arkansas and St. Bonaventure teams. Inexcusable for a team with at-large aspirations and a lot of experienced talent to look this lost. Lose by 14 at home to a low-major that wasn't picked to win their own conference and was without their best player...
