Imagine thinking that the guy who will be the All Time Win Leader in the MVC is a disappointing coach…

I always enjoy how the refs have it out for both teams in every close game ever played. Even in Junior High!

Yes, it's funny how that works out. If you take care of business, play defense, and make the shots you should, the ref's aren't going to beat you.

The scouting and coaching in this league remains insane.

There are no off nights and that's the biggest change that Murray and Belmont are going to see. There are no Tennessee States, SEMOs and Eastern Illinois any more.

This is exactly why I feel like people who think they are coming in and both finishing top 3 next season are crazy. The bottom of this conference plays close games with the top quite often, and unfortunately probably costs us at-large bids sometimes. No off nights, as stated above.

This is definitely true, and part of the reason why I think it's okay if we invite a team that isn't a guaranteed world-beater on day one. Obviously you don't want a complete boat anchor, but in the words of Judge Smails, "the world needs ditch diggers too."
