From some people who would know in STL. It isn't a done deal. But I would say Lance Jones in particular is growing a bit tired of playing in one of the slowest paced offenses in college basketball and then also being a bottom division MVC team while doing it.

Seems like you're just guessing

I'm not guessing. I'm also not guaranteeing one of them leaves. But if you aren't concerned as an SIU fan - you should be. SIU has gone 24-30 in the league while those two have been there.

Certainly have heard that before about Jones, and I wouldn’t be surprised. Jones was a Hinson signee. Losing
either would certainly set SIU back.

IMO, Jones is just a weird fit. Domask is the one that has to stay for SIU's sake. I did see him walking around STL after the Salukis were eliminated wearing his SIU gear so that's good :)

SIU fans at the tournament are very concerned about the direction of the program. We have gone 0-18 the last two years against the top 4 teams in the league. If you read Saluki-insider you would think, we are on the verge of turning this around. I am not in that corner, unless of course we get a couple of impact transfers this spring. This thing could go south quickly , especially IF Domask were to leave. SIU fans really like Mullins and want him to be successful but we really need to upgrade our talent level.

I am well aware SIU hasn't been great. Jones also said this postgame:
"Use (the loss) as motivation," Jones said. "We're a really good team. We've shown that throughout the Valley season. It just comes down to sticking together and playing hard together. I feel if we do that this off-season, we'll be dominant (next year)."

Unless SIU is pushing him out for some reason, it doesn't sound like someone that's going to leave

I have heard rumblings about Jones’s every off season not sure how serious it is. I guess we will have to see.

Yeah, you’ll know the whole “I hope all the guys come back” thing Wardle said in the post game presser was (hopefully) bs. If you don’t support your current team or your relationships it’s just a bad look for the program.

This dude said crap last year about Domask transferring to Cincinnati I believe. He hates SIU. He trolls SIU. He wants SIU fans in an uproar. Don't give it the time of day. His "bet" that one will transfer is purely what he wants to see so he can see Saluki fans get upset. I'm not saying it can't or won't happen, but I'm saying that he has absolutely no source or credibility.

I never one time said Domask was transferring to Cincinnati. Don't make things up. I don't "hate" anyone. Relax man. I'm not coming on here making crap up myself.

If I'm wrong in the end on this, I'm wrong. It happens.

You can dislike what I say about SIU but what about it is wrong?
