Here are the comments the Sweet 16 and 2 Tournaments in 4 years were in response to, since FakeLoyolaFan is taking things out of context:

Imagine a world where Bradley makes the sweet 16! I can't either. Sadly we live in this world, where the MVC is a stepping stone for ascendant programs and a dead-end for the same 7-8 sad sack schools that will never leave

Everyone posting on this board has lived in a world where Bradley makes the Sweet 16.

Next year’s MVC will have had 5 programs who’ve made a Sweet 16 in 25 years. 11 programs who’ve won an NCAA Tournament game.

Oh sorry, I see Bradley made the sweet 16 during the Bush administration. My mistake -- definitely not a moribund program.

A moribound program...that’s qualified for 2 NCAA Tournaments in 4 years.

These points were made in response to:

Is there a substantial difference between refuting moribund with 2 tournaments in 4 years and calling a program irrelevant when its made 2 tournaments in the same 4 year period?

Not be a semantics guy but irrelevant and moribund seem relatively similar to me, that's why i made the comment. Would we be ok calling Bradley irrelevant? I wouldn't, they challenge for tournaments and championships which is all you can ask for.
