David Hill enrolled at MSU

This one takes a little sorting; David Hill who is a younger brother of Alize Johnson , and who had a scholarship to attend and play for Towson St this coming year, is now apparently enrolled at MSU for the summer. Hill who is a 6'2 pg played for 3 years at St John's Neuman Academy in Williamsport Penn and averaged 24 ppg as a junior. He then played a year of prep ball before agreeing to go to Towson. It is not known what his status is at MSU yet, but the Bears already have 14 possible scholarship players and 2 walkons for summer school.

Adding to the intrigue is the Bears have a scholarship offer out to 6'0 , 2023 guard, Davion Hill , the youngest brother of AJ, and who is the most advanced of the group at this stage in his development , and who has offers from MSU, Maryland, Kent St, and has drawn interest from Purdue , Georgetown, Louisville among others. You might remember that Alize was a pg in HS who by his senior year had grew to 6'4, then in 2 years at a juco grew additionally to 6'8 and came to Missouri State where he had a great 2 year career.

It was reported earlier last year that Alize would fly his brothers in to Springfield to work out under former Bear Robert Yanders who has worked with a number of area players who have made their way to D-1 including Brazille and Brookshire at MU, Isaac Haney who played at MSU last year and is now at NWSU , and Jonathan Dunn who is on the MSU roster this year. Yanders is also the head of "We are United" Prep school .

Should be an interesting summer; my guess is Ford is hedging his bets for any potential summer losses by having a nice surplus to draw from.
The Bear is the largest carnivore on the North American continent; beware the Bear!
