There is no rule against posting photos; not sure why you think that there is. Photos are fine as long as they're relevant to the subject being discussed.

Edit: I wonder if you misread rule #7 which states that "profane language and photos are prohibited". At a quick glance, I could see how somebody might have read that as photos being prohibited, but it's talking about profane photos.
