Lowery Gone

That went quick. Chris Lowery has left Missouri State to accept an assistant coaching gig at Northwestern. Makes sense as I'm sure he wasn't getting much $$ for being a non coaching special assistant at MSU. He was at a meet and greet event this last week for Bears BB , and was easily the least engaging guy there , but I had already heard he was probably leaving so maybe he was just checked out.

Also in unrelated but interesting other coaching news , Rodney Perry , a former Bear player, who has been HC at Link Prep the last couple years has accepted an assistant coaching position at K ST . Perry led Link Prep to a second place finish nationally last year and just got done leading his AAU program at MOKAN to the Peach Jam title.

Genuinely thought this was a bump of a 2012 thread, haha.

Was looking forward to seeing him on MVC sidelines, for nostalgia’s sake.
