Preseason scrimmages

The Bears will play 1 exhibition game and 1 closed scrimmage this year. CDF noted he wanted the exhibition game to allow his hoard of new players a chance to play under game conditions once before things counted. Of more interest to me is that the closed scrimmage is against WSU in Wichita, and Ford really hopes this will lead to scheduling with the Shockers for regular season games in the next couple years. Just makes sense as the two programs are natural regional rivals and pretty much on even keel these days.
