Official 2022-23 MVCfans.com Prediction - 11th Place

Every couple of days we will open a poll for users to predict the end of season finish for the MVC 2022-23 basketball season. We will work in reverse order, concluding with the predicted MVC champion chosen by our users between the last two teams remaining.

Evansville was recently selected as the likely 12th place finisher (results: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5926 )

I can only have 10 teams in the poll. I randomly picked a team that didn't get any votes for 12th place as the "honored exclusion" in the 11th place poll. Beginning with the 10th place vote, all teams will be included.

Interesting result. I think of ISUred, Valpo and UIC as kind of same tier, just because they're all pretty unproven.

I'd be a bit higher on UIC if they didn't lose Franklin to Memphis. Already was gonna be a tough transition for them. Do have a bunch of hope for them going into the future though.

I understand this will be a tough foray into the Valley, but I still think we're better than Evansville, Valpo, Illinois State AND Indiana State. So that gives us the 8th place slot. Also, with the talent the Flames gathered during the offseason, Damaria's departure is addition by subtraction.
