Pretty interesting: only 2 within the Top 100, but 8 in the Top 140 - good for 2/3rds of the conference.

I see Drake as more of a Top 40-50 team at worst, and wish we had 3-4 in the Top 100, but overall love seeing the bulk of the conference inside the Top 150 of college basketball.

Yes very nice to have that many on the top half. I really hope that we have at least a couple more break that 100 mark as you said. It would be nice to see Drake and SIU both be able to get closer to 50. I can’t wait for November 7!

The Missouri Valley Conference could be the top rated Mid Major conference this year, and for a very long time provided schools stay put for some time. Love to see it!

This looks like a lazy list to me. 3 MVC teams (almost 4) back to back to back. Then another 2 teams back to back.

A: Where do we place these middling MVC teams?
B: I don't know. The MVC is always a crapshoot. Just throw them in somewhere in the 100s.

B: Oh come on!! You could of at least separated them so it's not so obvious we're just spitballing here.

Yeah and we just added UIC. Clearly the quality of the program didn't matter to the MVC, just their location. If they were located in Kankakee they never would have received consideration. MVC should have quit after the Belmont and Murray adds.

To be the top mid-major you have to have everybody better than 200. The 350 and 300 teams are what kill you. You don't have to have great teams, just n0 horrible teams. Is there any hope Evansville is really not that bad?
