Dont put too much stock into it. These are the same people that think Murray State with a new coach and all new players is going to finish 5th in their first year in a new conference. Those are loooooong odds. The writers voted much more realistic.

Am I surprised nearly 1/3 of voters have picked SIU? Yes.

But not everyone thinks Drake is unbeatable.
