No nationally elite teams, but having basically 5 teams within the top 100 of the NET is pretty solid.

Depends on what you mean by "rebuilt". UNI lost 90% of its minutes with Phyfe out and Heise only playing a few games. Born is the only guy who played meaningful mins consistently last year

So yeah a lot of teams flipped their roster this past offseason. Hopefully it doesn’t have to happen every season, but you never know. At any rate, it makes for a weaker than usual OOC schedule.
