Luckily Bradley represented us well and only lost by 19.

Yes. Finishing third in the league and not playing any postseason is MUCH better than winning the league outright and losing on the road at a Big Ten arena. Bryan Mullins is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers.

Bryan probably is playing chess (former Academic All-American) while others are playing checkers. Our problem is he's not winning the chess match.

Got to be honest, I like the spicy SIU fans - even if they don't have much to boast about. Makes things fun.

Steven Crowl decides tonight is the night to become Steph Curry. A 28% 3 point shooter who made 22 all season before tonight - goes five of seven. Then UW does it's normal thing at home - gets to the line two times more than the opponent and doesn't turn it over.

Bradley's lack of guard play and shooting was a problem tonight and the last few games. Good season. Time to regroup.

FYI - Marcus Domask was at the game.

Man, what a complete blow out last night. Had to get up at 4:30 a.m. so headed to bed and BU was down only 9 I believe. Was somewhat embarrassed to see the final score.
MD grew up in the area, and also has some AAU friends on Whiskey. He sure witnessed a Bucky Badger beatdown. 3-point spread. Lawd!

Imagine not winning anything in forever and trying to act like that’s better than losing an NIT game. Fun times.

The gap between SIU and Bradley’s success this season is razor thin. Don’t act like it’s more than that. If Mast’s crazy shot doesn’t go in, SIU wins the game and gets the 1 seed through tiebreaker (beating Belmont). Not to mention Newton’s 3 that was half way down after. And we’re in the NIT. And on the opposite side of Drake on the Bracket. Bradley is a 3 seed in that scenario. In other words, we accomplish literally everything Bradley did this year. Man it’s so close it is painful.

But regardless, history is what it is. My main point is, don’t act like there is that much separation in year 4 of Mullins and year 7 of Wardle.

Don’t miss the point. Razor thin. Credit to Mast. Hell of a play.
