Don't think it'll last but Indiana State, Evansville, Belmont, SIU, and Drake are all over 80 PPG

True, while ranking 302 in tempo - but that does include 2 OT games as well which were outputs of 73 and 72, which really buoy that average.

We're taking Evansville-ing to a whole new level.

Our non-con still has plenty of opportunity on it. Texas Tech, Michigan/Stanford, Richmond, Toledo.

Could very easily be Top 100 at the first of the year. Even at 1-3 we've only fallen 35ish spots in KenPom because we haven't played a DI home game yet

The problem is they will likely be underdogs in every game you mention. After last year, I simply cannot understand why this staff scheduled they way they did. It's very possible, if not likely, that they only win 3 or 4 games out of conference. Hopefully next year they learn their lesson and schedule more appropriately.

Everything is the back half of a series and you don't say no to B4A.

It's time to back off a little schedule wise in general. We're 21 in KenPom schedule strength and the vast majority ahead of us are SWAC/MEACs that just load up on buy games. This league isn't getting an at large anyway so you might as well not be 3-7 going into league play regardless.

Belmont might be the worst defensive team we've ever seen in the Valley

Evansville does it again. This time with one of the best comebacks I’ve seen, and over a fellow undefeated.

Indiana State picks up a solid win over Toledo, who won a million games in a row near the end of last season.

Beware of any game with Toledo - they play thug-ball better than Lowry's SIU teams.
