Little known fact. The closer you are to where actual cows are the worse the steak. It’s weird I know but Gregggg understood this.

You don't have to be in a big city to have your steak soaked in truffle butter, if that's what you're into. I've never had a steak outside of Iowa that was significantly better than one in Iowa. It's not rocket science.

After visiting Texas for the first time about 5 years ago, I can say without a doubt that Iowa beef >>>>>> Texas beef
