There isn't a possible way anyone that has ever watched basketball could look at that Villanova team for the last month and especially last night and think 'yep, this is one of the 68 best teams in the country'.

Then their eyes move to the Big East patch on the jersey and all is forgotten.

I'm not worried about Villanova. The people on the committee aren't stupid. They just saw Villanova - with their season on the line - needed a last possession 3 to win by 1 over a 3-29 team who's 322 in NET. If the committee chair publicly put out the info about Kent's injury in Indiana St's 2 losses, then the committee is certainly aware how short-handed Marquette is tonight.

No top-32 NET team has ever been excluded.

Indiana State is up to 27 NET this morning.

Have read several bracketologists today who say Nova now needs 2 wins and maybe 3 to get on right side of the bubble, after their Depaul performance

Richmond couldn't get out of its own web vs St Joseph's. That sure makes Dayton's road easier.

Shockers do Sycamores a solid and knock Memphis completely off the bubble.

These are the AAC's 2 largest fan bases, and estimating a crowd size of 500 would be generous. Thursday noon games just don't draw anywhere outside the P5.

They need to move that tournament to Memphis or Cincinnati. Playing it in Fort Worth makes no sense.

While true, Nova has two wins away from home over top 10 teams. If they beat Marquette tonight, that would make 3.

Valley fans have it so lucky with the league tournament setup. Same place and same venue for 30 years? Amazing.

Creighton not playing well against Providence. Bubble teams would really like to the Bluejays win.
