How many scholarship still to fill at your school?

With Ali Dibba's signing, SIU has 11 of its 13 schollies now accounted for (three returnees and eight spring signings so far).

The roster has come together quite nicely, especially at the 2-3-4 spots, to the point where I would not be surprised to see SIU picked, or at least finish, upper half of the league. They're OK-sh at the 5 with 6-10 JUCO Jorge Moreno, two incoming freshmen and Hensley as a smaller 5 option, but they definitely need to add a point guard with one of the two remaining spots. At this point, Sheridan Sharp, who is super quick but played very minimally as a freshman last year, is the only true PG on the roster.

SIU probably needs a starting point guard. Thought it'd be Texas State's Jordan Mason but he just landed at UIC. UIC is killing it in the portal

Yeah, Mason is a nice pick up. We now have 3 scholarships left.

Bears look to have completed their roster with the addition of 6'2 Makhai Valentine from Link Prep. Now have 13 scholy and 1 walk-on. Valentine who averaged 36 ppg as a senior in Mudhall, Penn. is an explosive athlete with a decent stroke; will compete for time with what is now a pretty diverse backcourt for the Bears. I like the look of this team.

You are correct, sir. 2 left. Wonder if Ehsan will use the last two on big men... make that two athletic big men!
