If you're tied with 10 seconds with left in the game, the refs call, whether right or wrong, can go a long way in determining who will win the game. If you are 10 points ahead with 10 seconds left, no refs call can determine the out come of the game, so therefore you have taken the refs out of the game. It's especially important when you are on the road.
But that isn't what you said in your original post. In your original post, you said that if the Aces don't take the refs out of the game, "the Aces will lose by one or two." That implies that you think the refs will deliberately screw over the Aces, which is either paranoid or stupid. Why would the refs deliberately try to give an Indy St team, that is really struggling by the way, the victory? InSU probably doesn't really have at large chances left right now, so I don't see why they would be favored.
It's my opinion that if the game is tied with 10 seconds left, then if there is a 50-50 call to be made, it will be in the home teams favor. It's usually the way it goes after watching many hundreds of basketball games.
That's just my opinion.
This is to whoever is the Moderator of this forum. This poster has called me either paranoid or stupid. I personally prefer paranoid. If it's true that personal attacks against any poster on this forum are not be tolerated, then I would think we won't be seeing much more from him or her.
