Why is it that every team CU plays has their best shooting game of the year?

Not watching this game, but it usually has something to do with defense.

I wish the Jays would just play consistent defense. We can hold teams w/o FGs for long periods, but then will give up 10-0 runs

Why is it that every team CU plays has their best shooting game of the year?

I'd love to have our best shooting game tonight, but we need to improve by about 5-8% in this one to get there. At least its not one of our 30% efforts.

UNI has the ability to turn a game into an ugly slugfest, and those types of games have given the Jays some problems this year (ie: Nebraska, Wichita St for 3/4 of the game).

Neither team struggling to shoot the ball. Creighton's bench is currently killing us. Jones and Wragge are playing well. Gotta keep Creighton in a half court ball game. McDermott is so dangerous when he gets the ball on the run.

The way we have been shooting recently...WOW talk about two extremes!

Not as worried about him running, but he is being allowed to do a lot of walking.

They figured out where Sonnen was and locked in on him. Need Jake Koch to find his stroke, and a different guard to get going with pull-ups/coming off of screens.

Heck of a game. James and Koch a combined 3-18, and we are still in it. Need those two to come up down the stretch now. Will be an interesting chess-match, not sure if UNI has the horses to stay with it. Jake has been subbing liberally, hopefully it has kept them fresh.
