Echineque is starting to hit his free throws. The announcers kept talking about how bad of a free throw shooter he was. I used to think the same, but he has to be like 85% the last four or five games.

Very true, him hitting his FT's was big as he stayed in the game near the end for defense. Usually, McDermott will put Wragge in close games at the end due to FT shooting. He was a 70% FT shooter last year.

Greg was about a 70% FT shooter last season. He started very slowly this year. In eight MVC games GE is 25-33....75%. In the past five games he is 21-25....84%

Best part of this game was the fact CU played 9 guys more than 12 minutes each. Frosh Chatman earned more playing time. The minutes will be more important as the season grinds on.

You called it just right. I don't understand why we don't feed Patterson more down low. Weems continues to miss a lot of shots he routinely knocked down last year. Tough to figure.
