I meant to ask the CU fans - what's up with Echenique wearing the pink shoes? That has to take some guts. Well maybe not if you are 6'9" and 260 lbs.

They said on the CU @ WSU game that he wore those for Breast Cancer awareness (along with the rest of the team and every other sports team in the nation). They were so comfortable that he decided to keep wearing them.

Makes sense to me, but I would think he could find the exact same shoe in another color.

I heard Weems kept trying to give him **** about it all game. Guess it only fired up Ech as he had his best game of the year.

What gives you any indication that the Syc's can turn it around? They have been bad and continue to look bad.

Not sure the Jays cover the spread because they haven't been blowing anyone out but unless they come out asleep because of the early start, they win by 10+.

If that's true then that probably wasn't the wisest decision on Weems part. Especially since the Bears don't really have anyone to match up with him physically. It does look kind of funny though seeing a man that size in bright pink shoes. Admirable if he's doing it for cancer awareness though.

I wasn't predicting an ISUb win, only saying that if they are going to turn it around this would be a big turning point. A bad loss could cause equal issues for the Sycs.
Printy and Lathan can always be dangerous though, if either or both have a big day they could make it interesting.
