On paper, bad. Really does not matter because you got to play them twice, sooner or later. We are due for a "shocking victory." Creighton is due for a poor road game. You never know.

I think Creighton @ Evansville will be interesting. Could be a trap game with CU heading back home to try and pretty much clinch their crown 4 days later.

On paper, bad. Really does not matter because you got to play them twice, sooner or later. We are due for a "shocking victory." Creighton is due for a poor road game. You never know.

If memory serves me right, Creighton has a track record of losing at Evansville and Indiana State. Even in their best years, I think they always lose one of those games. Then again, if they continue to play like they did tonight, I wouldn't think that the trend continues this year. As the season wears on, McDermott appears to be going deeper and deeper into his bench, and his bench is producing. Tonight, even the walkons lit up the scoreboard on Illinois State.

Interesting that it was some UNI and InSU fans who were most upset in October that they weren't included in the conversation for 1st and 2nd in the pre-season predictions.
