I think if I were to give the award right now I would give it to Nic Moore then Dantiel Daniels then Seth Tuttle.
But it really could be any of the 3.

Ah I did not realize Daniels was having such a productive season but I would agree he is in the discussion. However, looking at the season stats I would have to say Tuttle has the advantage. He has 100 less minutes played than Moore, yet he has more FG's made, is shooting an impressive .659 from the field and has half the turnovers (52/26) there is little other parity in their stats other than Moore having more assists and Tuttle naturally having more rebounds (both by considerable amounts due to their positions). Daniels is kinda in the middle of both of them, nothing really separates him from those 2 other than his 40 blocks compared to Seth's 12 and Moore's 0. I think we'll need the rest of the season to settle this one

Also, Christian Kirk has really solved a lot of the Bears rebounding problems since inserted into the lineup. That would be another way to show value without great stats.

The Bears really were getting beat badly on the boards before Kirk was inserted in the starting lineup (before Patterson injury). The Bears are a much more stable team now. Likewise, the Birds really lacked at point last year and struggled because of it. In steps Nic and the Birds are much better. Tuttle is filling a hole that didn't exist last year but would be huge without him. The Panthers are not near the team though with tuttle that they were without him. All that to say, Moore has had a much bigger impact on his team. Not a stat but a tool to measure.

Did you just refer to Moore as a tool? Not cool man.
I think it comes down to where the teams finish. If UNI claws its way back up and Tuttle continues to lead the league in shooting %, I think he takes it. If ISU and MSU stay ahead of UNI in the standings, I think it likely goes to Moore over Kirk. I think Daniels makes the 4th member of the all-frosh team, don't know who #5 may be.
