Thanks. Yeah I knew Butler wasn't ranked this year. Just wasn't sure if you had beaten them at home the last few years that they had been ranked alot.

Congratulations to Evansville. Tough loss for CU, but really not extraordinary, as WSU was fortunate to get a one point win there. They are a scrappy team that tends to overcome their deficiencies when they are playing big games, especially at home.
The race at the top and the next four spots is wide open. Thats what makes the MVC special. However, it hurts the overall image of the top teams when it comes time for tournament considerations with those who just don't get the Valley thinking our best teams aren't as good as they really are....

Creighton was only a two possession favorite. It really wasn't THAT big of an upset.

We are asking the same thing on the CU board. GE got 3 straight inside baskets to start the second half and didn't get one more shot inside the rest of the way. Mind boggling..........

I would have felt better about WSU's chances Saturday if CU had won. I don't see CU dropping 3 in a row. Of course, we've got to get by UNI first.

Plus, they get an extra day to prepare for WSU. Not sure if that is really a huge deal, but it can't hurt.

Yeah, but in the eyes of the committee, this is a BAD loss. Fortunately, it's only Creighton's first bad loss but the ship has a few holes in it now.

When shooters shoot over 45-50% from 3pt range they have A LOT of confidence in their shot and the coaches do as well. Try seeing that happen with players that shoot 30% from 3pt like WSU did in the 2nd half of the game against Creighton......it hurts.

I think that was 2010, I don't believe we got ranked in 2009.

Think Long Beach State is upset with their BB match-up? ;)

Problem is, we weren't going inside out. Go inside first, if we get doubled, then go outside. We weren't doing that for most of this game, we were passing around the arc and then shooting a 3. Not good...

Greg's backups also need fewer minutes.
