Is CU still awesome?

You no it's bad when a Evansville fan is ripping the Jays.

Sorry, a little angry right now.

Good teams are never as good as we think.

Bad teams are never as bad as we think.

That is why we play 18 games.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.

Wow Shockers were awesome. All I could think about the last few minutes was the preseason discussion on this board about how CU was going to run away with the conference and quite a number of mvcfan posters thought they wouldn't lose a conference game at home. What a crock that's turned out to be.

No disrespect to CU though. Even with losing 3 in a row they are still solidly the 2nd best team in the Valley to date. It will be interesting to see if they can right things before the tournament? Or will these losses get into their heads?

Wow, didn't expect that.

1. McDermott coached a terrible game. I don't know why it wasn't the Young-Echnique game, but they were content to miss from the outside.

2. After McDermott thrashed his son on national TV it was like they gave up.

WSU is playing with some amazing confidence.

Well that was a can of whoop-ass. Hats off to Wichita, they are playing tremendous basketball right now. Those guys are definitely the class of the valley. I just hope we can right this ship. We got some serious work to do to stay in contention for an at-large. Great game by Echenique though, I'm really happy with is offensive development lately.
