Just like the Valley needs good players (even if they're not on "your" team), the Valley needs proven coaches who can stick around a few years.

Fred Van Vleet - 5'11" PG who has played AAU ball against every top PG in the nation. Scouting services who watched him say he beat them. Since he committed to WSU early, Scout and Rivals did not observe him last summer and left his ranking at what he had after his So season. Consensus top-20 PG nationally. #1 or #2 pick for Mr. Illinois this year.
