Ragland is ill. Didn't practice yesterday. Headachy, flu-like deal with cold symptoms going around Wichita right now. It's not debilitating, but it's achy with a lot of fatigue associated with it. I had it earlier this week and I've run into a lot of people with the same thing.
Rice clips Stutz on a move to the bucket by Stutz. Rice falls down after the shoulder in the middle of Stutz back and rolls up Stutz ankle when he fell on it. That would have been called in the NFL, but I guess the refs think Stutz is so big that he should be able to handle that kind of contact.
Orukpe has the Bulldogs absolutely intimidated. He's blocking everything around the basket, so DU pulls him out, then they hesitate trying to go past him and have lost the ball that way on two consecutive possessions.

Since Drake is getting destroyed by the Shox in the second half, all of us Bulldog fans are rooting for Mo State to hang on & shut down the Aces. We will enjoy Marty Ball on Thursday in St Louis!
Nice performance by the Shockers without Ragland and Stutz at full strength. On the flip side, Drake has to be happy that Ben Simons is back and looking as good as ever.
Congrats to the Shox, great season, great fan support, great effort today. I'm rooting for you guys to win 3 in St Louis and EARN a 3 seed. Will be fun to watch the Shox tear up some BCS hotshots!
A glimpse of next year with Orupke swatting shots, Demetric Williams flying to the hoop and Carl Hall fighting underneath. Losing lots of experience, but I still like the core of of next year's senior class.
