Men
2006 MVC Baseball Champions
- 2006 NCAA Regional Finalist
- Nationally ranked 3 times in last 5 years
- 19 winning baseball seasons in the last 30 years

2009 MVC Soccer runner-up
2010 Soccer Top 30 ranking
Two NCAA Final Four Soccer appearances.

It appears that UE has had a fair amount of success in the MVC in several sports.

Huh, I didn't realize 30 teams played soccer.

Seriously, this is milk through the nose funny shat.

Evansville brought the toughest OOC schedule this year in the MVC. The games will be played the outcome has yet to be determined. Our schedule next year will be similar as a rule we sign three game contracts. We'll still play UNC, IU and Butler.

If WSU doesn't get pass UCONN in Hawaii ,their schedule has a lot to be desired.

What is exactly your point beside that letting us know your coach is stupid? The art to scheduling for RPI is to play the best teams you know you can beat. It doesn't matter how tough a schedule Evansville plays if they lose every game. If the exhibition game is predictor of what is about to come, evansville has just screwed everybody in the MVC.

Snaggletooth, let me adjust your "braces."

All MVC coaches strategically schedule.

There are several reasons to schedule a team or teams that are tough to beat. You only named one: RPI.

What about giving your players a chance to play against the best in the nation?

Did you consider that when players are recruited the coaching staff trys to schedule games close to the players' home town?

Evansville recruits the state of Indiana and Indiana high schoolers who cannot play for the Hoosiers want to play against them.

There may be financial inducement to play. Sometimes your school pays lower profile schools to play you. Other times your program gets paid.

Not sure why you would resort to name calling on a public board. I would never call your coach "stupid."

Let's dispell this myth once and for all. You don't get some huge bonus points for getting drilled by UNC. Indiana is TERRIBLE. Yes, they will still hammer the Aces, but they aren't good.

Oakland City, UT San Antonio, Middle Tennessee (twice), Norfolk State, Air Force & Marylard-Eastern Shore.

7 lousy games (8 if you count Indiana). 2 bombs. Sorry, but that's not the hardest schedule, even in Indiana.

WuTang, you are a glutton for punishment. You have the nerve to label programs as "lousy"? Based on what? I just checked the WSU schedule:

Alabama A&M, Nicholls State, Texas Southern, UMKC, and Chicago State were not national powerhouses last time I checked. I have enough respect for their players and coaches not to call them "lousy." Also, they just might beat you.

The Maui Invitational, a great event, gives the Shockers a chance to make a statement early on. Do you think Connecticut, Michigan State, Kentucky, or Oklahoma would have played you in a one and one return on an equal basis situation? Nope. Their fans see WSU as a "mid-major" and may view you as a "lousy" game, too,

C'mon, basketball is basketball. Respect your opponent. Beat him on the court. Do not denigrate him behind a false name on a basketball board.

I bet WSU loses to at least one of its "gimmee opponents." Do you want that bet?
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.

The reason you get Butler, Indiana, and UNC is because you're "lousy." Do you think it's because you're above WSU? I'm not following your reasoning stating that the reason we don't get those type of games is because we're mid-major.
