Not sure how I feel about Coach Ford yet. As the season went along, I realized how depleted this roster was of talent. Missing an outside shooter and scorer like Warren was sorely missed. And by season's end, we had not inside presence whatsoever.
We'll see how Geno's recruits for the upcoming season fair.
We'll have 2nd option for a PG, who hopefully will take over as main PG and push Lemon to the 2.
Our inside game will improve, but Jordan Prosser has GOT to get tougher and better.
I like everything about Geno except for his record at BU and the offensive schemes that are run. Hopefully that will change next season.
Staying optimistic that BU can rise to #5 in the Valley 2 years from now.

I doubt UNI fans feel any differently about Coach Jake now that we did before the season. Everyone expected some ups and downs this year. The ups came early and maybe raised expectations more than they should have been raised. That's happened a couple of times during his tenure, and I would hope future teams really understand the importance of getting off to a good start in conference play.

I feel better than ever about coach Marshall and the staff. Best coaching staff in the league. Beyond the x's and o's which are fantastic, he is passionate about his players and WSU. I love that he speaks his mind and isn't full of coach speak bs. As for conference administration, they remain to be a bunch of spineless goats...

Think Mac and his staff are at the top of the league. Calls a spade a spade. 1st one to admit when he is wrong. Knows how to act mature. Doesn't look for excuses.

Marshall is a great coach and recruiter. But you have to be kidding with your last 2 statements? You are proud of the way he acted after the loss to Illinois State???

I am proud of the way he stood up for the kids. He credited Illinois State in the postgame, despite what many refuse to believe, and said his piece. He didn't sugarcoat anything. MSU fans were proud of the way Cuonzo Martin showed "emotion" when he flew through the lines at the end of games last year and acted like a fat kid at a candy factory. You can think and say what you want as an outside fan. I don't really care what any fan thinks about our coach. But don't tell us what to think and how to think.

Not kidding at all. Very proud of coach Marshall. As with everything shocker related, the other conference fans want to blow things out of proportion. The haters will always hate. If ii were an ill state fan I might want to question my coaches thug ball tactics, but hey it worked so congrats to them and best of luck in the cbi or whatever tourney they play in.

I see what you are saying about Marshall showing emotion baller. And a good point comparing him to Cuonzo. They are similar in that regard. I don't have a problem with that from Marshall at all.

I do have a problem his stating there is some type of conspiracy in the MVC to keep WSU down. Are you proud of that? If that had been Cuonzo or Lusk I'd be one of the first to condemn it.

It's hard to not like a championship coaching staff with some of the best young men imagineable on the squad.

Championships
Graduations

What's not to like?

Marshall clarified on his coaches show tonight that he NEVER mentioned anything about a conspiracy theory. That was a total media and fan generate issue. He does not think there is a conspiracy theory. He does believe there were some strange happenings in the game on Sat. Can someone show me something where he stated there was a conspiracy theory?
