The way he is responding to this incident and the way he doesn't really care kinda makes me feel that he will be gone after this year. Calling it now.

He's begging for further action with the sanctimonious response. Elgin isn't going to suspend him for the post-season and he shouldn't. Instead I suspect he'll let it be known that if Marshall returns next year, a suspension will be awaiting. Marshall will of course take a job elsewhere and the problem is solved.
