UNC is just too big and strong and when they are hitting their outside shots, forgettaboutit. GE playing big though but when Zeller and Henson are on the floor at the same time, not much you can do. Jays didn't hit enough 3's to equalize UNC's inside game.

Creighton loses 87-73, ending season at 29-6. Very impressive performance by Echenique.

GE seems to enjoy playing against big boys and banging down low. He was a monster today.

jays just out classed plain and simple. maybe now people will take to heart why getting an 8 seed vs. a 6 or 7 is a big deal, not having to play unc with 16000 of their fans attending a psuedo home game. henson was a nightmare and so was their point guard.

Great season Jays, very proud of my team! Losing by 14 to a #1 seeded North Carolina team is nothing for the guys to hang their heads about. The future looks bright for the Jays... Not going to blame the NCAA for the #8 seed CU got, in the end it was more fun dreaming about the chances of CU taking down a Top 5 team, but would have rather that happened in the Regional.. LOL
