How many people are going to do that? Your regular basketball fan isn't going to ESPN3 to search the schedule to see what game they can hook there computer up to there TV? Come on, just admit that the A-10 has a better deal with ESPN. Everyone knows that ESPN has an east coast bias. I like A-10 basketball along with the MWC, reminds me of Valley ball.

You win. Let me jump on ESPN3 and browse for some good sports. Thank goodness we aren't in the A10.

A-10 32 games on the real ESPN networks
MVC- 40 games on ESPN "Platforms"

I will take the A-10 deal everytime. Nobody watches the ESPN3 games unless you are a fan of one of the teams, conference fan, or just pretty damn bored and don't have cable or dish available.

A-10 is only 2 years though. MVC is 5. Also, they can air more games if they want. We will probably get more than the 56 nationally televised games the A10 had last year.

MVC's deal is for a "minimum" of 40 appearances. I believe the A-10 deal is capped off (and I think that their number also includes women's games). MVC's deal is much longer than theirs as well.

A10 is a minimum of 32 per year for men's and women's basketball.

MVC is a minimum of 40 athletic appearances over 5 years.

They are your links. Read them.

How many Valley games where on the real networks last year though? Not counting bracketbusters as the A-10 is smart enough not to be involved in this small time event.

The A-10 had 56 men's basketball games on the real networks this year? If so, not even a question who has the better deal.
