Who is the key player to your team's season?

WSU is replacing a lot of experience, so I think Oregon PG transfer Malcolm Armstead will be the most important player to our success this year. Senior with experience at the PG spot can take this team somewhere. If he fails, our inexperience might show.

Point guard is probably key for Drake. There are 4 possibilities to play the position.....Bulldog fans just need to hope that one of them can step up.

For Bradley I will go with sophomore Shayok Shayok. He had an up and down freshman season. Tons of raw potential. He will play exclusively in the post next season. He supposedly has put on 25 pounds of muscle. If he can take a decent size step then he makes Bradley better for sure.

I am going to defy conventional wisdom as I frequently do and say Nathan Scheer. He was a stud in high school at Borgia and was billed as the next Nate Funk. Last year he played more like senior tour golfer Fred Funk. For us to reach our full potential he must be better and play like the kid that was the best high school talent in the state of Missouri his senior year.

Eheime Orupke. Carl cannot do it all himself, and all the other positions are stacked deep.
Our last five are still collectively better than your starting lineup.

Austin Chatman for Creighton. AY leaving leaves a large void at PG, if AC can develop a more consistent jump shot and create enough shots for himself to make himself dangerous, the sky's the limit for the team.

+1 - Chatman is definitely the key for the Jays.

Chatman is already a better defender and passer than Young, but Young was a much better scorer and the goto guy with the game on the line.

He'll be a good one. I remember thinking we had him until his change of heart and he ended up at CU.

Probably Tuttle or James for UNI.

Kaza Keane at PG...

Redbirds will still be decent if he doesn't work out based on the guys around him, but if he turns out to be a stud just like Moore then 1st place is a real possibility.
