Bad news for MVC fans. Goodman has Doug at #38 which almost certainly means he would stay at Creighton for his senior season.

The family will make more money by securing Daddy's job for one more year.

Im fairly certain that Jeff Goodman will not be drafting players for NBA teams.

In college basketball he's as good as anyone. That's what matters right now.

This.

He will be nothing more than Adam Morrison in the pros - I'd take that, FWIW.

Doug will get drafted because he will have a "name" and a roster spot will be needed....

I think we'll let the season talk for itself, if CU makes a deep run, Doug will likely get alot of press and that will probably improve his draft status.

More college press and deep runs do not make a NBA player. The trick will be what NBA position can Doug guard and play? Is he a 3? Is he a 4? Or is he just a player good enough to play? I think he gets a chance based on his offensive skills and playmaking.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.

If Lil' Wookie makes it to the NBA I will eat my hat. White guys already get a bum rap in the NBA due to their defensive liabilities. Can you imagine how bad Lil' Wook would be defensively in the NBA? Also, he ain't going to be getting a bunch of garbage goals against NBA centers and PF's. He will have to become a Korver 2.0 and jack it up from down town? Can the luvable little fuzzball fill it up from deep?

I think Dougie will make a great addition to the NBA. They don't play defense in that league anyway, which should suit him just fine.
