Anyway, has there been any word on the injury? I will say, I hope if he is out a great portion of the out of conference schedule that they just decide to red-shirt him. It would be disastrous if EU has an out of conference RPI of 200+ and then finishes above .500 in the league.

I think that is what other valley fans are worried about because EVille does this every year but this year, it might be because of an injury which sucks, hopefully Colt will be back soon cause we as a conference need EVille to be good in non-conference.

I am sorry to hear about Colt. You still have to win that game, I hope EU is a play in team this year, if they avoid Thursday this league is not that good.

Or, Evansville is better than you think. Amazing the basketball snobbery from folks who do not understand that any team can beat another team any night of the week. Geezzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm sorry, but this attitude/opinion that you have taken toward these arguments is silly. If Creighton loses to North Texas, we can say "anybody can beat anybody on a given night"--They don't lose that game very often. If a supposedly good Evansville loses to Buffalo or Yale, this is not an aberration--Its the SAME THING that we see every year from Evansville in the non-conf. Its a (unfortunate) trend.

Colt was in street clothes tonight, but he was walking around much better than last night. Last night he almost couldn't sit down each time he stood up.
The preceding lesson in basketball is free of charge.

I don't understand the logic either. He's basically saying that Yale/Buffalo = Evansville. If that's the case, that is a sad state of affairs going around in southern Indiana, even for Evansville.
USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll Conference Breakdown:

MVC: 1
WCC: 1
Atlantic Ten: 1
MWC: 1
Big East: 1

The Big East is Big Time.

I am saying that when a MVC team beats a team from the Big 12, or Big 10, or SEC or ACC that we are not supposed to beat, do not be so quick to denigrate the lowly MVC. The basketball snobs do it all the time. I was referring to the comment about Yale. Respect the Ivy League and respect Yale.

No they are exactly who they have always been. You fail to see how the loss to Buffalo hurts the entire league. Either win games or lose games this sucking for the first 4 weeks is getting old. What will the aces do next year? Snobbery, I guess so cause I for one am tired of their routine.
