Wed, Nov 14 signing day. Any surprises?

CU will sign the three who committed long ago. They are 6'9 4-man Toby Hegner of Wisconsin, 6'9 center Zach Hanson of South Dakota and 6'6 wing Darian Harris of Arkansas.

They are all now rated as three star prospects at Rivals.

Only surprise for Drake is that Phelps was only able to fill 1 of 3 open scholarships. I think he might have aimed too high....had 6-7 guys who were 3 or 4 star players on campus but lost them all to "BCS" schools.

Bradley will get two LOI's and have two for the spring. This fall they signed two, 6-5, 6-6 wing players who are in Prep School.

6-5 Stefan Zecevic at Lee Academy and 6-6 Michael Tucker at Quality Education Academy.

WSU gets four of four expected. Hawkins has moved on. The signees are:

6-7, 240 JUCO forward Earl Watson. Should be a top 25 JUCO.
6-8, 260 forward Shaq Morris. Top 150-200.
6-2, 190 PG DJ Bowles. Top 150-200.
6-0, 160 combo guard Ri'an Holland. Not ranked.

MSU signed the 3 we wanted so no surprises. Bears fans are really excited about having a true post next year. I think he may have a significant impact as a freshman and allow Kirk to slide to the 4 at least part of the time. Ruder looks good too. An Adam Leonard type. The future looks good.

Not starting a pissing match but Shaq Morris is 2 stars at Rivals so not sure what service has him top 200. Bowles is well regarded and 3 stars.

Bowles and Shaq were both rated in the 140s on a recruiting site, but it was not rivals/scout/espn. Also, Watson is not currently ranked on any JUCO lists either.

UE recieved the 3 LOIs from their recruits, 6'5 forwardBlake Simmons 6'2 guard Duane Gibson and 6' guard Jaylon Brown Brown is a 3 star Rival recruit. Was recruited by WSU also. Blake is Marty's Son. Duane is from Cleveland's Villa Angela-St. Joseph HS.

UE has 1 scholarship to use prior to 2014-15 season
