4 games are scheduled against SWAC schools. 1 is from a MTE (at Bradley), Evansville scheduled 2 home games with SWAC schools, and Missouri State is GOING TO a SWAC school to play :o

Looks as the majority MVC teams schedule low conference teams. Thank you Khan4 Cats. Goes back to the question of why dump the majority of this discussion on Evansville?

Fair question. I can only assume you didn't see of AceDad's posts before they were deleted. Suffice it to say that this isn't really an issue isolated to Evansville at all. Since it does take place in an Evansville thread, I can understand why it may seem that way.

I said that SWAC or MEAC schools shouldn't compete at the D1 level. Acedad then said that anyone who felt that way was obviously a racist or elitst and followed it with a "ya, I went there" comment.

DJ, there you go again with your "his-story." You forgot to tell the board that your posts were also deleted because you went postal on me. Both of us were wrong and that is why MVCFANs deleted both sets of posts. C'mon man...............

Now, can we talk about the Evansville - Alabama A&M game where my Aces pulled out a W against a lower quality opponent?

I don't understand why a moderator, of all people, would pull out the race card?
USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll Conference Breakdown:

MVC: 1
WCC: 1
Atlantic Ten: 1
MWC: 1
Big East: 1

The Big East is Big Time.

Very true. Once I had been labelled a racist, by someone who does not know me, my family or my family history, I got mad. I suspect I would not be unique in that regard.

Probably for the same reasons the same moderator would plagiarize entire articles.

Talking about history is not the "history card."

Talking about economics is not the "economics card."

Talking about social issues is not the "social issues card."

Talking about education levels is not the "education levels card."

Talking about health concerns is not the "medical concerns card."

Talking about gender influence is not the "gender card."

Talking about race is not the "race card."

Basketball is influenced by history, economics, societal issues, education, medical, and gender issues, among others, and you should be able to discuss and debate without getting your panties in a bunch.

Not true. The first line said that the article came from "Lintner's UE blog." However, we can only post part of articles and not the whole item.

I have already started an Evansville at Colorado State thread to move this along.

DJ, no one can label you. Your words label themselves. Just like my words label me.

We weren't talking about race. You didn't like that I said that SWAC and MEAC teams shouldn't play at the D1 level and proceeded to name call.
