You made absolutely no sense but the little gif you shared made me giggle. Perhaps you should only post in pictures from now on.

It helps to set the ticket prices at $12 dollars, and routinely lower those prices down to around $6. Season tickets can be yours for $200.

While most Wichita State single game tickets cost around $30, you'll be paying more for a good seat against Creighton than you would for a Creighton season ticket.

And yes, Wichita was really silly to make an undersized arena. IBA needed to have 5000-10000 more seats, and I think most Wichita State fans would agree with that.

Still, I don't think you can deny that Creighton's tickets are priced low to attract casual fans and inflate their attendance.

Wow. I think you are seriously misinformed about CU tickets. There are 7 options for buying CU season tickets besides being a Jaybacker. Options 1-6 cost between $300-$750 dollars--those are sold out. You reference Option 7 season tickets to the *upper bowl* at $200 and $12 for single games. However, single-game tickets closer to the court are progressively more expensive. Ticket-for-ticket, you can't claim that CU and WSU are equal. In truth, WSU season tickets range from $275-$330! So, our premium season tickets double your premium tickets, and we add revenue by having a stadium 80% larger than your venue. Further, we sell more season tickets than you have seats! And when CU has Georgetown, Marquette, Xavier and others coming to town, you can bet that those numbers go up.

You are quite the detective. Me a husker fan? What about my name (*iowa*actor) or comments yield that result?
Oh, one more thing, as a public institution financed by the good folks of Kansas, your whining about a private school entering into mutually beneficial relationships with a city is laughable.

Narcissism includes behaviors such as overestimation of importance, inability to empathize with others, and obsession with hiding their own flaws.

Anyone come to mind?

Considering that the Creighton website only lists the prices I mentioned, I don't see how you can have a problem with what I said.

Fact is, a single Wichita State seat can still cost more than a Creighton season ticket. Heck, Wichita State sales single games tickets for $30! And if you want to get a ticket to a premium game, you'll pay $75 for a seat in the nosebleeds.

The point is that I can take my entire family to a Creighton game for $50. Maybe Creighton also offers deals to separate people from their money, but you can still go to a Creighton game for cheap. Most Creighton fans are not students or alumni, so most probably buy those cheap seats. That is simply a fact of life for a school with <8000 students with a 18,500 seat stadium.

Umm... let me get you up to speed.

Don't even look at the prices of WSU Basketball season ticktets because it is a pittance compared to the SASO donation that MUST be made in order to even qualify to purchase said tickets. Let me give you a frame of reference: 2 front row season tickets at Koch Arena will cost you $24,000.00 which includes the mandatory SASO "donation".

And regarding season tickets.. Wichita State has over 10,000 season ticket holders, BJ has just over 12,000. One of those groups of season ticket holders is worth nearly 2X as much in revenue as the other. I'll let you guess which one that is. And as far as "Option 7", which makes up 50% (that's 9,000) of your arena's total available seats, you give a ton of those away for free all throughout the year.

Again, Club BJ looks good at what they do, but if you peek just a tiny bit below the surface, there's an ocean of expense gobbling everything up.

I know this is a pretty meaningless nugget in this whole tantalizing discussion, but I did want to point out that this statement is inaccurate. People like to make fun of Coldblooded for blurting out phantom statistics. Well, you did the same thing. Check your facts again.

"Blurting out phantom statistics"

Sir, I am confused - if not offended - by your statement.

The Wichita/ Omaha debate is alive and well!!! God, I love this! Half truths, misrepresentations and outright lies abound on both sides!

And I thought the presidential election was over.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!
