UNI: Strongest SoS nationally???

According to RealTimeRPI.com, the Panthers do have the best schedule of any D1 MBB program.

Unfortunately for Valley fans, this only counts games already played. :kiing:

1. I don't know if I agree with Real Time RPI about our schedule.

2. I think these rankings ignore non-Div. 1 games and pretend like they don't exist.

That is your current SOS of games played to date. Not a reflection of your complete overall schedule. With only having 1 game played against a 2-0 team weird things will happen (in fact it has already dropped from #1 to #4).

UNI expected (or future) SOS is 118.

So to answer your question, UNI did have the strongest SOS nationally for a fleeting second, but unless you got a screen shot of it, you won't see it again.

So does that mean, for a fleeting second, Syracuse was the best team in the country? Because I don't really agree with that either.

I remember one time back in the disaster that was the '90's for WSU...

...For a day or two WSU had the #1 RPI in the nation. We, of course, adopted the "we're number 1" chant.

As the season wore on, the chant became more difficult - "We're number (two hundred and) one".

No. Not even close. They are 3-0 but in RPI they 45th because they have played 3 cupcakes.
