It already is. Saying it isn't is like saying Eli Manning isn't an "elite" NFL quarterback.

Last time that two MVC teams were the mid-major Game of the Week, Creighton and WSU matched up on New Year's Eve, 2011. That game ended pretty well from my vantage point.
