Conference Realignment - impact on MVC?

It seems that if it's 10 which appears less likely if Fox gets it's way, then it's probably 50/50 between Creighton or Dayton. If it's 12, it will be Butler, Xavier, Creighton, Dayton and SLU or VCU.

If Creighton is invited, I will miss the teams of the Valley. But I think the opportunity for the university would simply be too great to pass up.

Honestly, I don't think that anyone knows anything for sure. I just hope we get a bid.

Mark Blaudschun is reporting that UConn and Cincy are leaning toward leaving the Big East and joining the C7 for hoops. Football would play in a different league.

If so, I hope the Jays enjoy the lovely communities of Carbondale, Cedar Falls, and Terre Haute because they will continue to make plenty of visits...

That guy is a blowhard. And generally I don't believe anything coming out of the UConn camp.

There's no chance the C7 would let it happen. Zero. None. There's no way they'd let any member do any hybrid of any sort other than one with FCS football.
