What is it with all these panther fans sayin the refs let us get away with so much junk. Watch the damn replay of the game. The fouls they called on Gregory Ech. were rediculous , ALL of em were. And then he would get hammered and they wouldnt call a foul. There were some bad calls goin both ways, but they let UNI get away with more than us if anything. BTW you guys have a solid team, the only thing bad i noticed is that your guys dont pass it as good as they should, maybe too much one on one.

Wow, pressing and calling timeouts and getting s*** for not putting in the walkons?! I was going to come here and congratulate UNI for being the best team that has come to the Clink this year. Now I'll just say FU.

If Echinique was called for every offensive foul he actually committed he would either foul out early every game or just average 5 mins a game for foul trouble.

That being said you are correct. Today was not one of our best passing efforts. If you asked Bradley though they would say we are the best passing team in the country. Some games we get really lazy with passes assuming teams aren't playing defense or something.

Creighton did what was expected. They wore us down, and made their open 3s. They did a good job of not letting us get good looks at 3, and when we did we missed them. We need to make 3s to win games and tonight we didn't. Credit to Creighton as they are very talented and far from a one man show.

Artino is our 3rd option at the 5 and usually doesn't get much time unless GE and Wragge get in early foul trouble which happened tonight and he stepped up his game.

I think it had something to do with UNI playing full court press even though they were down by like 15 w/2 minutes left.

Both teams flopped, both got away with fouls, and the refs sucked. Guess what? The best team won.

I was I pressed with the panthers. Game was never over into the last minute. Would be curious to hear uni compare cu to their other opponents.

I think it was more taking the layup with 30 seconds on the shot clock instead of pulling the ball out and winding a little time down. It isn't a huge deal, but just screamed to me I need more stats to get POY.

BTW I am never a fan of being down 10 with 30 seconds in the game and taking timeouts.

I did think the refs were bad both ways as well. They seemed very inconsistent.

Creighton is a very good team. They are a different style than some of the other teams we play. They are going to beat you with execution, and just flat out shooting the ball like crazy. It is tough to say I think Creighton is right up there with Louisville, UNLV, and Wichita as the best teams we have played. We actually played well tonight and got beat though. It is tough to compare because I was not impressed by Louisville, but they are beating good teams now so who knows.

Congrats on the win and can't wait to see you guys in the McLeod!

Mac took Doug out with about three mins left. Then UNI went to full court pressure
and called timeouts. Sorry, but it's game on at that point. Stop him if you don't want him hanging 31.

padding his stats?? that is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. 12 point lead can turn into 6 point lead in 15 seconds when the other team is pressing you clown. so he should have passed up a chance to score and pulled it out? i'm sure since uni is such a grind it out team, he would have been fouled and would have padded his stats with a couple FTs.
