I hope WSU sticks with the recent trend of lots of fouls turnovers.

Pray tell us why Doug McD cannot or will not defend Cleanthony.

I think Colt Ryan and Carmichael showed that elite players can't be stopped by WSU. Doug will just have his way with WSU. Add in WSU continues to make no headway in reducing their tendency to just pile up the unforced turnovers, I don't think it will be a close game.

1 + 1 = 50

Doug has never scored more than 13 points against Wichita State. Your "conclusion" is not necessarily true because Wichita State has done a decent job in the past against good players, but you conclude that 2 examples make a trend.

If Creighton wins, it will not be because of Doug. It will because Wichita State has the lowest BBIQ in the conference (in terms of fouls + TOs) and because of Creighton's other players can really knock down shots as well.

Wow, just a week ago the opinions of shocker fans were a lot different. I agree that Creighton is a better team right now, but on the road in a game where the shox will be wanting it so badly and playing with more intensity then they have all year....should be close. I disagree with a blowout, i think Creighton will win a close one. Wichita is gonna fight all game and Creighton is gonna need some of their bench to have a good game. I think it comes down to wether our bench (Dingman, Artino, Nevin Johnson who was recruited by WSU also) can play well and handle the pressure. Also im looking for Gregory Echinique to have a big game. He usually plays well in big games.

I hope you not a math teacher. First you make the mistake to assume everything is linear (when it is not) and then you even screw that up, second you need three points for trend.

If Creighton wins, it will not be because of Doug.
. Well this statement is is just idiotic, but I guess that is what we have come to expect from you.

Thank you for making my point for me. You assumed two games created a trend (Wichita State against good players), and ignored the games where Wichita State HAS shut down an opposing teams best player, including every Shocker-Bluejays game last year (and also Doug's games as a freshmen).

Idiotic? Watch Creighton @ Wichita State last year. Doug did not beat them (and wasn't even the high points leader), his teammates stepped up and carried them. Same thing this year. I am not worried about one player, I'm worried about Gibbs, Chatman, Echeninque, Wragge and the rest of your bunch coming in and making shots.

Mostly though, I worry about Wichita State's low quality of play these last few games.

coin flip, game likely a pick em, maybe CU -2, maybe WSU -2. Echenique has to show up as he has been absent the last 2 games. If CU can keep it even on the glass, or at least close to it, I like their chances. If WSU takes care of the ball and has less than 12 TOs and is more than +6 on the boards, I like their chances.

Are you related to Manti Te'o? Don't be so gullible.

So you are saying if Doug does not play last year Creighton still wins?
