I'm not that surprised by this loss. Even in the Korver years wins were very hard to come by in Des Moines. The interior defense needs to improve starting with #3. I'm assuming that's why he was pulled out of the game in the last few minutes.

Word on the Creighton boards is that this the 2nd game in a row they've been royally screwed by the officiating. Huh???

If one of the routine Bluejay posters ever comes back here, can we get an explanation?


Maybe the Creighton boards wouldn't be going into thermonuclear meltdown mode if a majority of their fans weren't predicting 18-0 seasons. A lot of em are clamoring for the C7 so they can avoid losses like these. Better idea: Win the games in the first place.
