No it didn't...they weren't going to give an at-large to a team that finished 2nd to Missouri State and who Missouri State had beaten twice during the season. If anything your loss cost us a bid.

I don't think the video clearly shows that all.

It was dumb for Koch to be in that situation in the first place. And it was terrible defense by James too.

Alleged foul on Odum - Jacobson was screaming for an intentional foul on this play. Just figured that I'd pass these photos along. Fouled him with the body - but all ball up top. A clean play.

Not as if Odum didn't have body control - his momentum didn't carry him on top of James as if he was falling down with him or something.

Odum is hacking James leg. That is a foul.

As a WSU fan, I could care less who wins this game. But it looks like a clear foul to me.

I don't know for certain that he actually hit his elbow, as you'd need a decent quality image to be able to see that rather than pixelated video, but there is no reason for that guy to raise his arm and swat anywhere near his elbow unless he's trying to make contact and alter his shot--he simply wasn't anywhere near the ball, so that wasn't his target. Clearly the intent was to disrupt his shot by hitting his arm, from a guy that was clearly beat on the play and was behind the guy he should have been covering.

No dog in the fight ... but clearly a foul, IMO.

So....what' you're saying is that it doesn't matter if Jake actually fouled him, it should be called because he tried to disrupt a potential game winning shot?

He fouled him. Sort of ticky tack if you asked me but there was contact and Odum sold it.
